Employee Spotlight:Meredith Baldwin
Meredith Baldwin joined IBEX IT Business Experts as the Recruiting and Training Coordinator in May 2017. She attended Bryant and Stratton College where she obtained her Associate of Applied Business Degree. She has years of experience in the training and testing industry and small business management. Before starting at IBEX, she co-owned and operated a restaurant franchise where she was responsible for recruiting and training employees. Shortly after selling the franchise, she moved to Georgia and opened her own testing center. She took great pride in providing customers with a quality testing environment while maintaining testing security, transmission of data, and candidate privacy.
As IBEX’s Training Coordinator, she is responsible for planning and implementing all training activities for the company. Her responsibilities include identifying training needs, utilizing a variety of training methods and tools, overseeing logistics for training classes, and collaborating with clients. She maintains detailed records and gathers feedback from trainers, trainees, and clients in order to assess the effectiveness of all training activities.
Meredith also serves as IBEX’s Recruiting Coordinator. As the Recruiting Coordinator, she is responsible for staffing a variety of positions by using the most effective means to find qualified candidates. She reviews resumes, contacts candidates, conducts background checks, assess candidate’s’ character and potential, and schedules interviews. She enjoys her role in helping grow IBEX’s business and reputation.
